Standard Cancellation & Modification

We understand that travel plans can change. To avoid penalty charges, please note our cancellation timelines:

• Free Cancellation: Bookings can be cancelled or modified free of charge up to 72 hours prior to your check-in date (by 12:00 PM local resort time).

• Late Cancellation: Cancellations or modifications made within 72 hours of arrival will incur a fee equal to the first night’s room charge plus tax.

• No-Show Policy: If you fail to arrive for your reservation without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a “No-Show,” and the entire cost of the booked stay will be charged.

Non-Refundable & Promotional Rates

• Bookings made under special promotional rates, flash sales, peak holiday dates (like New Year’s or long weekends), or specific holiday packages are strictly non-refundable and non-modifiable from the moment of booking.
