Processing Your Refund

When a valid cancellation qualifies for a refund under our Cancellation Policy, the following terms apply:

  • Timeline: Refunds are initiated immediately upon cancellation approval. However, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.

  • Method: All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during booking. We cannot issue cash refunds for digital transactions.

  • Early Departure: If you choose to shorten your stay after checking into the resort, the remaining nights are non-refundable unless specified otherwise by management due to extenuating circumstances.
